Shop

Once the Post Office for Burravoe, the shop now houses a huge range of souvenirs and locally produced goods.

You will find locally knitted Fair Isle sweaters, gloves, scarves and headbands, alongside wooden carvings, locally made jewellery, Shetland clocks and much more.

Adorning the shop door you can see a beautiful stained glass panel which was made by Fiona Foley in memory of Cathie Clark ( 1913 – 2004), who used to live in the Old Haa and whose family donated the money for the stained glass panel.

Should any local craftsperson wish to sell their crafts in the shop, you should contact staff on duty or email the Old Haa at: [email protected]

DONATE

The local Yell Community helps to raise funds, and although admission to the museum is free, donations are always very welcome.
